At Sophie Costco Next, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty purchase; if a product doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a streamlined return process within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, items must be in their original packaging and in unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the unused beauty products in their original boxes, ensuring all seals are intact, and include a copy of your packing slip inside.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
